Shengli Oilfield's Victory Oil Plant recently implemented the use of gravity-actuated single-flow valves in four of its own oil wells. This innovative water injection equipment was developed by the Engineering and Technical Management Station of the fourth mine in 2003. After being installed in 48 injection wells for over two and a half years, the system has demonstrated an impressive efficiency rate of 97% and an average service life of 870 days. The technology has proven to be highly reliable and cost-effective, significantly improving the performance of water injection operations in sand-prone formations. Its outstanding performance earned it the First Prize in the National Petroleum Industry Quality Science and Technology Achievement Awards. This achievement highlights the plant's commitment to innovation and technological advancement in oilfield operations.
