The 7th International Forum on Corporate Social Responsibility and the "2011 Golden Bee Corporate Social Responsibility/China List" ceremony was held on June 5th at the Beijing Century Golden Resources Hotel. The event was co-sponsored by the Sino-German Trade Sustainable Development and Corporate Code of Conduct Project, the Global Compact China Network Joint European Corporate Social Responsibility Association (CSREurope), the Japanese Corporate Citizens Association (CBCC), and the Human Resources Management Association (SHRM China). The theme of the event is "Common vision, act together." The organizer finally selected 37 “golden bee companies†through the evaluation of questionnaires and practical cases and the company’s field surveys, and the rigorous review of the “Golden Bee Corporate Social Responsibility Committeeâ€. Yuchai Group, with its outstanding performance in corporate social responsibility, has come to the fore from more than 350 participating companies from all regions and industries in the country, and has won the 2011 Golden Bee Corporate Social Responsibility China List, and Yuchai’s “Force Again "Industry Manufacturing, Practice of Circular Economy" was selected in the "2011 Golden Bee Responsibility and Competitiveness Case Set" and was exhibited at the venue. The company that won this award along with the Yuchai Group includes 23 "new bees" such as 14 "Old Bee" such as State Grid Corporation and China Aluminum Corporation.
Since the Golden Bee Corporate Social Responsibility China List was launched in 2008, more than 1,500 companies have voluntarily participated in gold bee corporate assessment activities, and more than 150 of them have taken to the Golden Bee Corporate Social Responsibility China List.
Under the guidance of the core concept of “Green Development, Harmony and Win-Winâ€, Yuchai Group actively practices corporate social responsibility, consciously increases corporate social responsibility to the corporate strategic level, integrates corporate social responsibility and corporate business strategy, and It will combine the implementation of corporate social responsibility with business operations and business development. The conference released the "2011 Golden Bee China Corporate Social Responsibility Practice Benchmark Report" and "2011 Golden Bee Corporate Social Responsibility China List". At the same time, it also recalled the first anniversary of the "Golden Bee 2020 Social Responsibility Initiative" under the framework of China's pioneering enterprises.
