Subsequently, the research group used a hydrogel three-dimensional network as a micro-nano reactor to develop a silver-hydrogel catalytic material. The swellable three-dimensional network of the hydrogel can absorb more silver nanoparticles, and tight surface cross-linking of the aluminum ions can effectively prevent the leakage of the silver nanoparticles.

In recent years, three-dimensional network structure hydrogels have received extensive attention in the treatment of environmental pollutants. However, hydrogels formed by traditional aqueous solution polymerization methods are colloidal products, which require granulation and other treatment processes, and have high energy consumption for drying .
