The Yangzhou New Base of Jianghuai Automobile with an annual output of 100,000 units has been officially completed and put into production. At the same time, the high-end sedan pickup truck T6 with international first-class standards has been launched.
In order to implement the strategic requirements for Jianghuai Automobile to strengthen and expand commercial vehicles in the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”, the new base of Yangzhou Jianghuai Company started construction in March 2013. In less than two years, a modern standard of 100,000 pickup trucks and SUVs per year. The factory has risen from the ground. The new base is designed and built according to the standards of the car, reaching the industry's leading level, combining green, environmental protection, intelligence and flexibility. Two new high-speed hydraulic lines in the stamping workshop, the largest hydraulic press 2000T; the main assembly line of the welding shop is equipped with 58 welding robots to achieve precise welding of key parts of the car body, greatly improving the automation rate; the painting workshop is a two-layer structure. Using international advanced environmental protection B1B2 water-based paint, using wet-wet wet-free medium-coated robot automatic spraying process, equipped with automatic paint adjustment system, achieving green, energy-saving and environmental protection; the overall process of the assembly shop adopts three-dimensional design, the production line is "U" shaped , material distribution double-side supply, assembly line automation board chain, is an efficient and lean assembly line, which can meet the needs of multi-variety and flexible production.
As the fist product of Yangzhou Jianghuai Company's fist products, relying on the brand and resource advantages of JAC, it has the scale of annual production and sales of 10,000 units. The products are not only sold domestically, but also exported to more than 50 countries and regions such as Egypt, Peru, Angola, Venezuela, Colombia and Côte d'Ivoire, becoming the fastest growing brand of domestic pickup trucks.
