Faste heavy truck transmission automatic cantilever assembly line passed acceptance
On April 17, 2015, the acceptance of the National Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment Development “ Heavy Card Transmission Automatic Cantilever Assembly Line Project†undertaken by Fast and the Shenyang Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences was held at the Fast Industrial Xi’an High-tech Factory. After questioning and discussion, the acceptance committee experts unanimously agreed that the project passed acceptance.

Leaders of Shaanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Liaoning Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Deputy General Manager Ma Xuyao, and experts and professors of the acceptance committee attended the acceptance meeting.
The person in charge of Shenyang Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences made a project acceptance report. The person in charge of the Fast Industrial Research Institute reported on the operation of the automatic cantilever assembly line. The acceptance committee experts carefully listened to the acceptance report, reviewed the project acceptance materials, and thoroughly installed the fifth workshop to investigate the actual application of the project.
The experts of the acceptance committee unanimously held that the acceptance data provided by the Fast Cantilever truck automatic cantilever assembly line project is complete, and the assembly line runs stably and in good condition, and meets the relevant requirements for project acceptance.
The assembly line adopts many new technologies such as industrial automatic control, communication, intelligent robots, tightening and tightening, information control, and testing. It is equipped with six degrees of freedom robots, and it realizes online automatic detection and product flow automatic control. The flexible assembly of the product mix line has greatly improved the level of product assembly automation and intelligence.
