·战略性新兴产业发展部际联席会议第三次会议

为贯彻落实中央经济工作会议精神，加快发展战略性新兴产业，培育新的经济增长点，近日，国家发展改革委组织召开战略性新兴产业发展部际联席会议第三次会议。国家发展改革委主任徐绍史出席会议并讲话，全国人大常委会原副委员长、中国战略性新兴产业专家咨询委员会主任路甬祥出席会议并讲话，会议由国家发展改革委副主任林念修主持。科技部、工业和信息化部、财政部等22个部际联席会议成员单位相关负责同志参会。
　　会议审议并通过了培育发展战略性新兴产业2014年工作总结及2015年工作安排，听取了专家咨询委员会工作情况和2014年度咨询意见，以及战略性新兴产业统计工作有关情况。
　　会议认为，各有关部门在进一步完善战略性新兴产业的发展环境、加大扶持力度等方面，做了大量的工作。在社会各界的共同努力下，我国战略性新兴产业实现快速发展，2014年新一代信息技术、生物、节能环保以及新能源等新兴产业领域18个重点行业规模以上企业主营业务收入达15.9万亿元，实现利润总额近1.2万亿元，同比分别增长13.5%和17.6%，明显高于工业平均水平。战略性新兴产业逐步成为调结构、转方式、惠民生的重要力量，对经济社会发展产生了重大的引领带动作用。
　　徐绍史主任在讲话中指出，当前加快发展战略性新兴产业进入一个重要关口，既面临许多发展机遇，也有不少制约因素。在经济发展新常态下，我们要科学把握国内外经济社会发展大势，准确研判未来科技和经济发展趋势，进一步增强加快发展战略性新兴产业的紧迫感。对于2015年工作，徐绍史主任要求，一是坚持问题导向，积极主动作为；二是深化相关改革，完善制度环境；三是加强统筹协调，狠抓工作落实，一定要抓紧抓实抓好目前提出的2015年7个方面重点工作。
　　林念修副主任在总结时强调，各项工作牵头部门要细化任务，抓好落实。部际联席会议办公室要做好服务工作，完善工作机制，共同做好2015年战略性新兴产业发展工作。
