The Three Gorges Shiplift is the first gear-and-rack climber designed and manufactured in China. Its small-gear bracket system adopts a new four-bar linkage mechanism with complex components, high weld quality requirements and difficult construction of structural parts. After the factory, the company negotiated with the factory supervisor to complete the manufacturing network plan as an outline to guide the production of pinion gear. In order to make the plans come true, the company insisted on holding a weekly production meeting to successfully overcome the manufacturing process.
