In the specific phase-out work, Weifang City will expand the restricted area in time, and stipulate that urban urban built-up areas (including Hanting, Fangzi, Gaoxin, Economy, Binhai, Xiashan District), all counties and cities and highways will be based on the Shandong Provincial Government. The confirmed time limit is completely banned from the yellow label. Strengthen the source management, strictly prohibit the revocation of motor vehicles that have not obtained the motor vehicle inspection mark within three consecutive inspection periods after the expiration of the mandatory retirement period.

Weifang City vigorously implemented the special rectification of operating vehicles, and decided to eliminate all public transportation yellow-label vehicles before the end of June 2015, and actively purchase energy-saving and environmentally-friendly buses, and strive to build a low-carbon, environmentally-friendly public transportation system. Relevant policies and supporting measures were introduced to encourage motor vehicles to “red to green†and “yellow to green†vehicles to be included in the number of eliminated.
Weifang City rectified illegal business operations in accordance with the law, severely cracked down on illegal used cars and old car trading markets, and resolutely banned "black dens and black markets."
