Hongyan Jieshi is a new model independently developed by SAIC Iveco Hongyan, and its main technical indicators have reached the leading level of similar domestic models. Hongyan Jieshi has a cab with large space, good visibility, high strength, four-point suspension damping and mechanical springs, and has passed the frontal collision test of European ECER29 commercial vehicle cab. The cab has extremely high safety and comfort. Sex and maneuverability; CURSOR9 and domestic WP10, WP12, SC9DF series engines are used to match the original Hongyan's mature axles and transmissions, and engine cooling modules are developed. The power coverage is 200kW-340kW. Good, economical and reliable features; using LED display, electric glass lift, electric rearview mirror heating, central control door lock, electro-hydraulic cab tilting system and GPS positioning technology, the control is more simple; according to different uses, We have developed two types of reinforced and lightweight frames for harsh conditions on the construction site and highways, and lightweight balance axles based on fewer leaf springs to meet the needs of different users.
The Hongyanguo III series is a series of new models that are independently developed on the basis of the National II Hongyan Automobile, based on domestic actual and national emission regulations, and are independently developed to match multiple manufacturers and multiple models of the State III emission engine. Equipped with a self-developed TAMPA cab assembly and a single-stage speed reduction bridge, it is equipped with a multi-stage engine fuel control system, and is characterized by reliable performance, advanced technology, economical application, safety and environmental protection, and various technical parameters and performance. The indicators are all in line with national mandatory standards and relevant national and industry standards. The production equipment and testing methods of the product are complete, and the quality assurance system is sound and can meet the requirements of mass production.
After careful discussion and review, the expert group believed that the Hongyan Jieshi series and the Hongyanguo III series of vehicles met the requirements for acceptance of the Chongqing municipal new product project and agreed to pass the project acceptance.
