Improve compressor operating conditions Pay attention to improve the operating conditions of the compressor, arrange the pipeline reasonably, minimize the resistance loss, and strengthen the maintenance and gas management. (1) Improve the inhalation conditions. First, the suction pipe should be designed with sufficient cross-sectional area (for air, the flow rate should not exceed 10-12 m / s), the pipe should be as short as possible, and there should be no sharp turns, and there should be no shrinkage and excess accessories; The second is to reduce the intake air temperature, which can increase the actual air intake of the compressor, and also reduce the specific power consumption of the compressor. Practice has shown that for every 3 degrees of intake air temperature reduction, the power consumption of the latter stage is reduced by about 1%. (2) Reduce the pressure loss of the conveying pipe. When designing or installing pipes, the pipe length should be shortened as much as possible, unnecessary pipe fittings such as tees, elbows, valves, etc. should be reduced, and pipe bends or bends with less radius of curvature should be reduced. The filter on the pipeline should have low resistance and can easily remove dirt. The cross-section of the pipeline should be such that the air flow rate is not too large. Strengthen gas management, rational use of compressed air to implement gas production and gas management for air compressor stations, install gas flow meters for relevant gas stations, calculate gas volume and gas consumption on time, and formulate indicators for assessment. Reasonable use of compressed air to reduce the energy consumption of gas supply can be considered from the following four aspects: (1) Whole gas pressure. At present, in many factories, there is a problem that the exhaust pressure of the unit and the production process are not suitable. The exhaust pressure is often higher than the actual required pressure and should be adjusted. Tests show that the motor input power can be reduced by 5-8% for every 0.1MPa of exhaust pressure when the compressor is fully loaded. (2) Change continuous gas supply to intermittent gas supply. Some enterprises do not match the gas supply and gas consumption time. The compressor runs continuously and the process uses intermittent gas. The compressor is often idling or emptying, which wastes electricity. In this case, the compressor can be timed to stop depending on the gas demand, or a larger gas tank can be set. (3) Arrange the operation of the compressor reasonably. In the case where several compressors are operated in parallel, an economic operation chart of the compressor station should be made to minimize power consumption. By testing or counting the power consumption characteristics of the compressor when operating alone or in parallel, it should be stipulated that the most economical compressor combination has the longest working time, and the least efficient compressor is only used to adjust the load. According to different gas pressures, different combinations of exhaust pressures are used to improve the operating efficiency of the equipment. (4) Increase the load ratio of the compressor. Since the rated displacement of the selected compressor does not match the amount of gas used, resulting in a low motor load rate, it can be considered to use a speed governor for adjustment.
