Recently, Shandong Provincial Economic and Trade Commission and Shandong Science and Technology Department organized Shantui New Product Appraisal Meeting in Shantui Building, SD42-3 crawler bulldozer, SG18 grader, SB08 crawler pusher developed by Shantui Co., Ltd. The SR28MR waste compactor, BYD3312 power shift transmission, and 216RS double-tooth main chain link were sampled.
The appraisal committee carefully listened to the report on the development and work of the six new products and the performance test of the prototype, and inspected the sample and production workshop, and carefully reviewed the relevant technical materials and documents. After careful review by the appraisal committee, the six new products passed the provincial appraisal, and the Shantui family added new members.
Shantui's SD42-3 crawler-type bulldozer has a beautiful and novel design. It adopts an electronically controlled shifting and steering system controlled by a single handle. The operation is light and flexible, which greatly improves the operation comfort. Shantui adopted a number of patented technologies during the launch of the SD42-3 crawler-type bulldozer, filling the domestic gap. The performance and reliability experiments of the SG18 grader prototype by the National Engineering Machinery Quality Inspection Center show that the whole machine has reasonable structure, advanced technology, good flat ground effect, flexible operation and reliable use, and meets the design task book and related standards. The SR28MR waste compactor uses a centralized lubrication system, a reversible cab, and a rear hood to open the window for easy maintenance. BYD3312 gearbox, 216RS chain rail section and SB08 pusher are all independently designed and developed on the basis of absorbing the advantages of foreign products. The design, structure and main technical parameters are advanced and reasonable, and the versatility of the product is fully considered.
The launch of these six new products has injected new vitality into the construction of Shantui brand, which makes Shantou products meet the various needs of the market while diversifying, which will surely become another new economic growth point of Shantui.
