Jens is a luxury brand owned by Hyundai and was established in 2015. The online auto market was informed by the General Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce that Hyundai has registered the “GENESIS G 65†trademark in China. The G 70 has been launched overseas and is positioned as a mid-size sedan. The G 65 is expected to be a compact sedan from the naming, and is the same as the BMW 1 Series.
     At present, small displacement turbocharged engines have become the mainstream trend. Hyundai has four small displacement turbocharged engines of 1.0T, 1.2T, 1.4T and 2.0T. The Jen G 65 is expected to be powered by a 1.4T engine with a maximum power of 95.6kW and a peak torque of 211Nm.
In terms of naming, the GENESIS G 65 is expected to be a compact sedan. At present, the luxury brand compact car market is highly competitive. After the introduction of the Giants G 65 by Beijing Hyundai, it will compete with the BMW 1 Series, Audi A3 and Mercedes A.
