GAC today completed construction of Hino, Guangdong will end the history of no heavy trucks

This morning, GAC Hino Motor Co., Ltd.'s completion of the construction of the chemical plant and the 700-series heavy truck debuting ceremony was held in Conghua Pearl Industrial Park in Guangzhou. This means that the history of Guangzhou and Guangdong provinces without heavy truck production capacity will be completely changed. Guangzhou Municipality and relevant national ministries and leaders attended the event.

Guangqi Hino was established in 2007 November 28, is the Guangzhou Automobile Group and Toyota's Hino half joint venture, by the reorganization of Guangzhou Yangcheng Automobile and Shenyang Shen Fei Hino Motors made in the construction of a new factory in Conghua Pearl Industrial Park, and Shen Fei Hino changed its name to Guangzhou Automobile Hino (Shenyang) Automobile Co., Ltd.

It is reported that GAC Hino will continue to use the Yangcheng brand to produce light trucks and develop and introduce the production of the Hino 700 series heavy trucks , and resume production of the Hino bus in Shenyang.

It is also understood that the GAC Hino 700 series heavy trucks are equipped with Hino engines with power ranging from 350 to 450 horsepower and equipped with specially designed 9-speed, 12-speed and 16-speed manual transmissions, which can comfortably meet various transportation needs. The sales of this product will be combined with the actual conditions of the commercial vehicle market in China to introduce the 3S shop sales service model that is commonly used in Japan.
