Rotary tiller's function.
   SGTN series Rotary tiller is mainly used for agricultural stubble and tillage operations. After cultivation, the surface is smooth, soft, fine, and the straw can be crushed into small parts. It is able to meet the intensive agronomic requirements. When working on wet or paddy fields, it can reduce the tractor wheels sinking and slipping lost . In southern China, rotary tiller is used for tillage before seedding winter wheat, rice as well as suburban vegetable land plowing operations, orchard weeding.
SGTN-125 rotary tiller features :
1.The SGTN-125 rotary tiller adopts middle gear transmission and can be mounted with 25hp tractor.
3.There is 24 sgtn-L blades  .more wider and more thicker than ordinary blades. material of blades is 60Si2Mn, three time than ordinary blades in Durability.
4.Blade seat is made of Flanges(thickness of iron plate is 12mm),more firm and durable. Every flange has 4 blades.
5.High quality bearings,oil seal and gears. (bearings are bought from wanxiang group, gears are from famous factory in china, oil seal is imported from Taiwan)
6.More thicker iron plate: side panels thickness: 12mm, tailing plate: 2mm, cover plate:2mm
7.PTO shaft is with clutch to make the rotary tiller safe. 
Rotary tiller working process: 
SGTN series Rotary tiller is a power-driven machinery for cultivating. It is driven by tractor PTO rotating reel roller bladed to work. When working on dry land, tractor PTO drives rotary blades rotating, cutting the soil,. After the cracked clods, uniform coverage level, the ground does not appear furrows. Size and vertical structure are buried trip short edge of the corresponding reduced, and thus a higher productivity. With high Pulverizer performance, the ground is level. Wide Blades Pto Tractor Tiller for Farm Use

 

1. Hot water coils offer fully modulating control through the use of a 3 way valve. The hot water coil, connections and valves are all tested at pressure of 15 bars. Frost protection is provided by forcing the opening the 3 way valve when supply temperature from hot water coil falls below 8°C and by stopping the outdoor fan when that supply temperature falls below 6°C. In addition to that, the 3 way valve is also opened at 10% value if the outdoor temperature falls below an adjustable value.
