The graphene national standard project seminar will be completed before the end of the year.

On February 16th, this year's graphene national standard proposal project seminar was held in Wuxi graphene industry development demonstration zone. Nearly 60 experts and scholars in graphene field in China have 46 items such as graphene detection and characterization, general basis, safety and products. The standard project proposal was discussed in depth.

According to reports, this meeting aims to collect and discuss standard project proposals, to ensure the completion of a number of testing method standards before the end of 2017, to provide technical support for the quality testing and evaluation of graphene materials. The Graphene National Standard Propulsion Group-Characteristics and Measurement Professional Group (TG2 Group) settled in Huishan District in January this year, and was chaired by the National Graphene Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. During the meeting, the Center submitted a total of nine proposals, which mainly involved the formulation of national standards for the composition, dispersibility, structure detection and characterization of graphene materials. Among them, the determination of the degree of dispersion of graphene materials, nuclear magnetic resonance method and other eight projects approved by China's graphene industry technology innovation strategic alliance proposal. Experts attending the meeting said that the proposed standard proposal is closely related to the development demand of graphene industry in China, and can solve the current situation that the graphene industry has no standard to rely on. It is of great significance to the industrial production and application of graphene materials.

In 2016, on December 18th, at the 2016 China Graphene Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance held in Beijing, Miao Zhimin, deputy director of the Raw Materials Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, pointed out that “the construction of graphene testing and standards should be accelerated, especially the standard. The field can speed up the convergence of international standards bodies, as well as the convergence of the National Standards Committee. We are all willing to speed up this work and make the standards work out as soon as possible.” It can be seen that the national standards for the graphene industry are nearing the scene.

The local standards for graphene series have been released recently, including five items, namely, "Methods for Detection and Characterization of Graphene Three-Dimensional Structure Powder Materials", "Glossary Terms and Definitions of Graphene Three-Dimensional Structure Powder Materials", "Graphene Three-Dimensional Structure Powder Materials" Production Polymers, "Graphite Three-Dimensional Structure Powder Material Production Technology" and "Design Specification for High Temperature Reaction Furnace for Graphene Three-Dimensional Structure Powder Materials Production".

The above standards are the first local standards for graphene released in China, and for the first time, the terminology of graphene three-dimensional structural powder materials has been clarified for the first time. The raw materials, technology, production equipment and testing methods of graphene three-dimensional structural powder materials have been standardized for the first time.

Graphene, known as “black gold”, is the newest nanomaterial found in the thinnest, strongest, and most conductive and thermally conductive materials in energy, biotechnology, water resources, electronics and network technology, aerospace and automotive industries. Many fields have shown broad application prospects.

China is also one of the countries with the most active research and application development of graphene. China has listed graphene as one of the strategic frontier materials and listed it in the “13th Five-Year Plan”. China's graphene industry has formed a pattern of competition in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, Chongqing, Sichuan, Beijing, Tianjin, Guangdong, Fujian, Guangxi and other regions.

Relevant departments are demonstrating the feasibility of breakthroughs in graphene in high-end applications. It is planned to open up the upstream and downstream industry chains of graphene by means of relevant measures in the sub-sectors, and use market-based means such as funds to improve the application level of graphene to promote the better development of graphene industry. .

Although domestic graphene companies have successively introduced coatings, heating sheets, mobile power supplies and other products, they are still insufficiently involved in high-end products. According to the statistics of China's graphene industry technology innovation strategic alliance, in 2015 China's graphene-related patent applications were mainly universities and scientific research institutions, and most of them used graphene as an auxiliary material.

With the application of graphene in the field of heating, and the strong far-infrared health care function, graphene health products began to enter the lives of the people. On December 18th, the inaugural meeting of the “Grapheneene+Health” Industry Alliance sponsored by the China Graphene Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance came into being in Beijing. Dr. Li Yichun pointed out that the “Graphene+Health” industry alliance is a commercial cooperation organization that is a joint venture between enterprises that produce graphene health products and a group. The establishment of the “Graphene+Health” alliance marks the focus of China's graphene industry technology innovation strategic alliance will focus on industrial development. “Graphite Universal Space” will help to promote the promotion and application of graphene health products and promote the development of the graphene health industry chain.

The industry believes that the future development of graphene depends on downstream applications, and it will be crucial to maximize the use of graphene characteristics to develop cost-effective products. China Graphene Technology Innovation Alliance said in the 2016 global graphene industry research report that China's graphene application market will usher in an industrial outbreak period, and by 2020, it will form a scale of 100 billion yuan.

Saddle Wiper Arm

Saddle wiper arms are typically used on windshields that are taller than they are wide - like tugs, fishing vessels, transit buses, etc.
They have two parallel struts and move the Wiper Blade from side to side. They are structurally strong - to handle large wiper blades, and require larger, more powerful motors.
Unlike some competing models, both the drive and slave arms of these Wexco pantographs are strong, heavy duty struts (rather than a drive strut and a slave tube).
• All pantograph arms have saddle style blade attachments
• Heavy duty construction you can see and feel when you pick the arm up
• Black finish is black powder-coated stainless steel
• Silver finish is bare matte (shot peened) stainless steel
