The quality of pig iron requirements:

5> Each pig iron should be supplied in the form of iron or molten iron.
6> When each cast iron is cast into a block, it can produce two pieces of iron.
The block size specifies the blockiness as follows:
1> Small pieces of pig iron: 2 to 7 kg of pig iron per piece. The proportion of the sum of more than 7kg and less than 2kg in each batch is stipulated by the agreement between the supplier and the buyer.
2> Large pig iron: each piece of pig iron shall not be larger than 40kg, and there are two notches, and the thickness of the notch is not more than 45mm. The proportion of broken iron blocks of less than 4kg in each batch is stipulated by the agreement between the supplier and the buyer.
Iron blocks cast in cast iron machines should have a clean surface, but allow the attachment of lime and graphite .
