3. Features of Vibrating Screen Machine

4. Working Principle of Vibrating Screen
The vibrating screen is driven by a vertical motor equipped with eccentric hammers at the top and bottom, which serve as the vibratory source. The eccentric hammers convert the rotational motion into horizontal, vertical, and inclined movements, transferring them to the sieve surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the top and bottom eccentric weights changes the trajectory of the material on the sieve.
