**Introduction to Wet High Intensity Magnetic Separator**
The wet high intensity magnetic separator utilizes high-quality ferrite and rare earth permanent magnet NdFeB materials. It is primarily used for the separation of iron ore and is suitable for processing fine-grained strong magnetic minerals or removing strong magnetic minerals from non-magnetic materials.
**Working Principle**
When the ore pulp enters the magnetic separator trough, it is processed by the magnetic drum. As the drum rotates, non-ferrous materials that are not affected by the magnetic field fall off the drum into the clean material flow. Ferrous materials, on the other hand, are attracted by the magnetic field and held on the drum's surface. As the drum continues to rotate, these metals are carried out of the magnetic field and released.
The drum can be equipped with three types of tanks: concurrent tank (Series CTS), counter-rotation tank (Series CTN), and counter-current iron sand magnetic separator for mining (Series CTB). Each type is designed for different applications:
- **CTS Series:** Suitable for rougher flotation and concentration of ores with a size range of 0–10 mm.
- **CTN Series:** Ideal for rougher flotation and concentration of ores up to 0.6 mm, as well as recovery of heavy-medium in coal preparation.
- **CTB Series:** Designed for rougher flotation and concentration of ores with a size range of 0–1 mm.
