Many manufacturers do not understand the standard of the trolley line when they purchase the trolley line, and cannot determine whether the quality of the purchased trolley line is good or bad, and whether it meets the actual standards. This article gives a brief introduction.

Some customers once asked me if there is any national standard for the trolley line. I explained to the customer that there is no standard in the trolley line country, but there is an industry standard. The current standard is the standard of JB/T6391 “Slipping Power Transmission Device”. This standard is mainly composed of two departments, including: insulation protection type sliding power transmission device, rigid body slid wire transmission rail device consists of two parts.

The main changes from the new standard to the original standard are as follows:

1. Since the use of sliding wire transmission devices is not limited to cranes, it is widely used in various industries. Therefore, the name "crane" is omitted from the name;

2. The rated voltage of AC 1200V and below or DC 1500V and below shall be changed to AC 1000V or less or DC 1500V or less;

3, the nominal cross-sectional area of ​​the transmission conductor (mm2) is changed from 1000mm2 to 3200mm2;

4. Increase the "conversion coefficient of interception at different node continuation rates" in Table 1;

5, insulation material against abnormal heat and fire hazard test using Bunsen burner method to glow wire test;

6, Table 8 "dielectric test voltage corresponding to the rated insulation voltage", the AC voltage test has been reduced, and increased the DC test voltage;

7. Increase the running performance test of collectors and collection trolleys with snow;

8. The effective value of the rated short-time withstand current should not be less than 20 times the rated current should not be less than 10 times the rated current;
