3. Security of quick connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial sealing structure, using modified rubber O-rings that are mainly for fluid physics and chemistry, custom, anti-aging, corrosion resistance, and swelling. Outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring. There is no bonding between the two sealing rings, and the outer synthetic rubber O-rings improve mechanical properties, preventing aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened in the shell through the outer elastic clamping device, ensuring no falling or shifting. This guarantees excellent sealing security.

8. Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
Quick connector consists of body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece inserts the connector, the locking spring's elasticity allows the tie clip fastener to connect two connectors together, then pull back to ensure a complete connection. Repair or removal of the quick connector differs. First, push the male connector and press the clip button, expand the lock, and you can easily pull out the connector. Please note, SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.
