Vibrating Screen Description

This machine supports up to 5 layers, but it is highly recommended to use 3 layers.

It offers four material options: all stainless steel 304, 316, contact parts made of SUS 304, or carbon steel Q235A.
The voltage can be customized. Available voltages include 220/240/380/415/450V and frequencies of 50 or 60HZ.
It features large capacity, compact size, high screening efficiency, easy screen replacement, and good safety performance.

Working Principle of Vibrating Screen

This machine uses a vertical motor equipped with eccentric hammers on the top and bottom, acting as a vibratory source. The eccentric hammers convert the rotational motion into horizontal, vertical, and inclined movements, which are then transferred to the sieving surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the top and bottom eccentric weights allows control over the trajectory of materials on the sieve.
