They are widely used in vessel evacuation, condenser evacuation, water extraction systems, plastic molding (degassing), food processing, vacuum distillation, hospital sterilization, central suction systems, and beverage can production lines. Additionally, they are suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, power, metallurgy, and environmental protection. **Working Principle** The 2BV series pump features a coaxial direct-coupled design, where the pump body is directly mounted on the motor. The rotation of the impeller is driven by the motor shaft, causing the working fluid to form a liquid ring inside the oval pump housing. This liquid ring acts as a sealing, compression, and cooling medium simultaneously, eliminating the need for lubrication. As the impeller rotates eccentrically within the liquid ring, the liquid moves back and forth between the blades, simulating the motion of a piston in a cylinder. This action facilitates the suction and compression of gas. During the suction phase, the liquid ring moves away from the hub, drawing gas in through the suction port. In the exhaust stage, the liquid ring moves closer to the hub, expelling the gas through the exhaust port to create a vacuum.
