The explanation seems to be clear, but when the new car is brought back and operated independently on its own, it is not possible to know how to do it or it will not, and repeatedly calling and sending videos for help. 1. First disengage the winch clutch, pull out the steel cable to the vehicle to be carried, and hook the "j" hook to the traction shackle at the bottom of the towed end of the vehicle. Then engage the winch's clutch. Note that the number of turns of the cable left when pulling out the cable should not be less than 5 turns.
2. The carried vehicle must be in neutral, and the parking brake of the carried vehicle should be released.
3. Control the winch joystick, pull the car onto the platform, and control the distance of the j-hook on the steel cable from the winch to more than 0.4m. When the winch is under load, do not disengage the manual control clutch of the winch. This will damage the winch. Note: When using a chain hook to draw an accident car with a winch, for a car with a lower chassis, be very careful not to damage the part being towed to avoid unnecessary trouble.
4. After the loaded vehicle has been dragged into place, tie the rear tire with safety straps, and tighten the loaded car diagonally to the two sides of the flat pull ring on the sides. Note: If the safety tab is broken, the safety strap should be wrapped around the solid part of the car. If the safety bandage cannot be locked manually, the winch can be controlled to control the winch to move the loading truck forward a little, so that the safety chain is properly tensioned.
5. Flat wrecker, when fixing the faulty car with straps on the flat, four straps must be locked on the wheels or the body.
6. The strap ratchet must be closed when locked.
Note: Nylon bandages will become loose for a long period of tension. Check the bandage tension regularly during operation, especially in the case of poor road conditions or heavy braking, and check the tightening in time to avoid accidents.
7. Control the platform to tilt the joystick to raise the tail of the platform from the ground by 0.15m.
8. Control the platform tilt lever to move the platform forward to about 0.6m from the front end, and control the platform tilt lever to return the platform to a horizontal position.
9. Control the platform slide joystick to move the platform forward to the front.
10. In order to prevent possible damage to the winch due to vibration and tension of the steel cable during the following driving process, the front end of the car must be fixed with two other safety chains and tensioned as much as possible. Load positioning and tightening.
11. Put the loaded car in first gear and apply the handbrake.
12. Check whether all safety chains or chains and connections are secure and tight.
13. After the above steps are completed, follow-up work procedures are carried out. Step on the clutch of the road wrecker, disengage the power take-off, and the platform loading operation is completed.
