The offset link chain is designed to provide exceptional wear resistance, impact strength, and corrosion protection, making it ideal for use in the sugar production industry. The side plates are bent but feature parallel ends, allowing for both hot and cold bending techniques during manufacturing. Advanced bending dies and rigorous quality control ensure that the side plates remain crack-free, ensuring durability even under heavy loads.
Manufactured from high-quality stainless steel and alloy steel, these chains offer a wide range of tensile strengths, starting from 200KN up to 1000KN, with working load capacities ranging from 17.8KN to 84.5KN. This makes them suitable for demanding applications in sugar mills and conveyor systems.
