Below are some additional photos of the new Battalion 6 unit for Hoffman Estates. I was told that this vehicle was actually designed before the new Squad 22. It’s equipped with SCBA gear for the Battalion Chief, a Lucas tool, rehab supplies, and a variety of other tools and equipment that support emergency response operations. The design seems to focus on versatility and readiness, making it a valuable asset for the department.
