Introduction                                                        
The CDL CDLF vertical multistage stainless steel centrifugal pump is designed using advanced global technology. It features an excellent hydraulic model, high efficiency, and energy-saving performance. The impeller, casing, and other main components are made from stainless steel, ensuring a smooth flow channel. The bearing shell and sleeve are constructed from hard alloy to extend service life and prevent secondary pollution. The shaft seal uses a wear-resistant mechanical seal for reliable leak-tightness.

Application:
The CDL/CDLF series is a versatile product suitable for conveying various media, including tap water and industrial liquids, at different temperatures, flow rates, and pressures. The CDL type is ideal for non-corrosive liquids, while the CDLF is suitable for slightly corrosive liquids.
1. Water Supply: Water filtration and transport in waterworks, pipeline boosting, and high-rise building pressure boosting.
2. Industrial Boosting: Process water systems, cleaning systems, high-pressure washing, and fire protection.
3. Industrial Liquid Conveying: Cooling and air conditioning systems, boiler water supply, condensing systems, acids, and alkalis.
4. Water Treatment: Ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, distillation, separators, and swimming pools.
5. Irrigation: Farmland irrigation, spray irrigation, and drip irrigation.
Operation Conditions: 
• Thin, clean, non-flammable, and non-explosive liquid without solid particles or fibers.
• Liquid temperature:
 Normal temperature type: -15°C ~ +70°C,
 Hot water type: -15°C ~ +120°C
• Ambient temperature: up to +40°C
• Altitude: up to 1000m
Max. Working Pressure:
The following figure shows the limitations of pressure and temperature, which should be within the scope indicated in the figure.

Performance Curve: 
The following conditions apply to the performance curves shown below:
1. All curves are based on measured values at 50Hz with constant motor speed of 2900rpm or 2950rpm.
2. Curve tolerance complies with ISO9906 Annex A.
3. Measurements are conducted with 20°C air-free water and a kinematic viscosity of 1mm²/sec.
4. Pump operation should refer to the performance region indicated by the thickened curve to avoid overheating due to too small flow rate or motor overload due to too large flow rate.
