Summarize
The ISW series of single-stage, single-suction pipeline pumps are designed by combining domestic advanced waterpower models with the specification data of the IS model centrifugal pumps. These pumps are optimized based on the ISG model, taking into account temperature and media differences. The series is known for its high efficiency, low noise, and reliable performance.
Features
1. The horizontal structure has the same inlet and outlet diameter aligned on the same centerline, allowing it to be installed in the pipeline like a valve, saving space and reducing construction costs. It can also be used outside the door if equipped with a protective cover.
2. The impeller is mounted on the extended shaft of the motor with a compact axial dimension and impact structure. This ensures balanced radial and impeller load during operation, resulting in smooth running, minimal vibration, and quiet performance.
3. Axial sealing uses mechanical seals or a combination of mechanical seals and titanium alloy sealing rings, along with heat-resistant mechanical seals made from wear-resistant materials, extending the service life of the seal.
4. Installation and maintenance do not require dismantling the pipeline system. The rotor can be easily removed by simply removing the pump nut.
5. Operating mode can be adjusted according to flow rate and head requirements.
6. The installation method is chosen based on the pipeline position: upright or square.
Usage
The ISWB stainless steel chemical centrifugal pump is suitable for transporting flammable liquids.
Working Conditions
1. Suction pressure ≤ 1.0 MPa, max working pressure ≤ 1.6 MPa (suction height ≤ 1.6 MPa), test static pressure of the pump is 2.5 MPa. Please specify the system's working pressure clearly. If the maximum working pressure exceeds 1.6 MPa, please note this.
2. Working temperature < 40°C, relative humidity < 95%.
3. The volume of solid particles in the medium should be less than 0.1% of the unit volume, with particle size < 0.2 mm.
Note:
If the medium contains small solids, please indicate this when placing your order. Otherwise, we may use a wear-resistant mechanical seal.
