For the use of phosphate rock, Yichang City has its own hard rules: for phosphorus minerals with a grade of more than 28%, it is preferred for the production of yellow phosphorus, Ammonium Phosphate, and NPK compound fertilizers; for phosphate rock with a grade of 24% to 27%, It is mainly used for the production of ordinary phosphate fertilizers. For phosphate minerals with a grade below 24%, it is mainly used for the production of beneficiation enterprises that meet the requirements of the development plan for phosphorus chemical industry. The selected phosphate concentrates are preferentially connected with the phosphorus chemical companies.

Zhongxiang City, known as the "Central China Phosphorus City," also clearly stipulates that all mining mines without licenses shall be banned according to law; mines with a mining capacity of 100,000 tons or less must be shut down and transferred every year, and the city's production capacity is not up to the standard. 35 The domestic mineral powder company and 32 small fertilizer companies were all shut down. In late October, the middle and low grade phosphate rock comprehensive utilization demonstration bases in Xingfa and Yihua were included in the first batch of 40 demonstration bases for comprehensive utilization of mineral resources in China. Five years later, these bases are expected to become the "leaders" of China's green mining industry.

On August 14th, Yihua Huarui Mining obtained the right to explore Cahalo Phosphorus deposit in Leibo County, Sichuan Province issued by the Department of Land and Resources of Sichuan Province, with an exploration area of ​​30.64 square kilometers and a preliminary proven geological reserve of 123 million tons with an average grade of 23.44. %, The mine is planned to build about 1.5 million tons of phosphate rock per year.

As the national phosphorous chemical industry leading enterprise, Xingfa Group, it will invest 10 billion yuan in Liyang to develop and utilize phosphate ore resources and silicon resources during the “12th Five Year Plan” period. At the same time in Xingshan, Baokang, Shennongjia, Yichang, and Yunnan and Guizhou in Hubei Province. The construction of a large-scale production base for phosphorous chemicals is expected to reach an annual production capacity of nearly one million tons. This year, these projects are going well. In November, Hubei Saning Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. used a set of industrialized plants with an annual output of 10,000 tons constructed by Huazhong Normal University's wet phosphoric acid refining technology to achieve stable operation for 7 consecutive months, with a daily output of 40 to 43 tons of purified phosphoric acid. It is expected to reach more than 13,000 tons. At present, the company is designing an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons, and is striving for completion and production next year. The project mainly uses middle-low grade phosphate ore as raw material, and the industrial-grade 85% phosphoric acid produced can be completely comparable in quality to thermal process phosphoric acid. The overall energy consumption is only 50% of the thermal process and the cost is only 80% of the thermal process. . The successful application of this technology has broken the monopoly of foreign companies in the refining of wet-process phosphoric acid.

Not only that, since the beginning of this year, Hubei phosphorus chemical companies have vigorously promoted the application of new energy-saving and emission-reduction technologies, new equipment, and new technologies, and promoted resource conservation and recycling, and have made gratifying new achievements.
