2. Equipment Advantages

2. Accurate dosing for each raw material. The starch mixing tank is made of stainless steel, ensuring long service life and low corrosion. The foaming agent reserve tank is also made of stainless steel. The foaming system uses advanced domestic technology—dynamic and static foaming system, which ensures the finished board is lightweight, has good bending strength, and saves costs.
3. The cutting machine uses a dual-server motor, with only 1 mm gap between the cutting saw, saving cost.
4. Drying system: using heat conduction oil furnace as the heat source, hot oil is exchanged to hot air via a fin-type heat exchanger, then enters the drying room through a fan, working together with the heat conduction oil pipe to dry the gypsum board. There are three drying zones that perfectly finish the drying curve, avoiding over-burning or under-drying. This technology is environmentally friendly, energy-saving, highly efficient, and easy to control.

6. Forming system: a 14mm thick forming belt improves the flatness of the gypsum board. The wet board cutting machine uses frequency conversion code cutting technology, ensuring the length tolerance is within 1 mm.
