If you need samples, we are happy to provide them free of charge, but new clients are expected to cover the courier cost, which will be deducted from the payment for the formal order.

Yes, we can produce castings based on your drawing, 2D or 3D CAD model. If a 3D CAD model is provided, the tooling development process will be more efficient. Without 3D, we can still create approved samples based on 2D drawings.

5. What’s your quality control device in house?
We have a spectrometer to monitor chemical properties, a tensile test machine to control mechanical properties, and UT Sonic as an NDT checking method to detect internal defects in castings.
