If you need, we are happy to offer free samples, but new clients are expected to cover the courier cost, which will be deducted from the payment for the formal order.
3. Can you make casting according to our drawing?
Yes, we can produce castings based on your drawings, 2D or 3D CAD models. If a 3D model is available, tooling development will be more efficient. Without 3D, we can still produce samples based on 2D drawings.
4. Can you make casting based on our samples?
Yes, we can measure your samples and create drawings for tooling production.
5. What quality control devices do you have in-house?
We have a spectrometer for chemical property monitoring, a tensile testing machine for mechanical properties, and ultrasonic testing (UT) as an NDT method to check internal defects in castings.
Ceramic Filter plate has following characteristics: large filter area, high intensity and even aperture. Besides, the aperture size can be adjusted according to actual demands. The basic material is alumina, it has good resistance to acid and alkali. After a period of application, the ceramic filter board can be cleaned by cycle reverse cleaning, ultrasonic and chemical cleaning agent and so on, to let the boards work with high efficiency.
