PQC tower crane electrical control system is an economical electrical control solution based on the advanced foreign technologies.The system integrates slewing, luffing and hoisting mechanisms and power supply into a case.Compared with RCS,PQC electrical control system is more compact in structure and simper & more economical in circuit. This electronic control cabinet slewing mechanism adopts RCV speed regulation with features of stable operation and accurate positioning.Luffing mechanism adopts 2 control modes:3-gear self-coupling voltage reduction + eddy speed regulation or 2-gear pole-changing speed regulation. Hoisting mechanism adopts 3-speed motor pole -changing speed regulation. The traditional circuit is improved, overcoming problems of easy contactor damage and large impact on the mechanism during hoisting or speed reduction of motor. Temperature range:-20ºC-+40ºCHumidity:lower than 85%RH(no moisture condensation)
Altitude:the attitude of installation location shall not be higher than 1000m. Power grid quality:the voltage fluctuation range shall not exceed ±10% of the rated voltage. Power capacity shall be guaranteed fully.
