The 2BV6 121 liquid ring vacuum pump is a high-performance and compact solution designed specifically for use in EPS foam machines and plastic extrusion lines. It features a small footprint, an efficient motor connection, and a streamlined design that allows it to be installed horizontally without the need for a separate chassis. This makes it ideal for applications where space is limited. This vacuum pump operates on the water ring principle. The impeller is positioned eccentrically inside the pump casing, and when the pump starts, the working fluid forms a liquid ring that rotates with the impeller.
