Structure and Working Principle:
The product includes rims, bearing brackets, a transparent seed box, and a pushing mechanism. Spacing can be adjusted using M4 threaded holes on both sides of the rims. The seed roller allows planting of various crops such as corn, peanuts, soybeans, mung beans, walnuts, sorghum, and tea.
According to the size of the seed roller, it can plant corn, peanut, soybean, pea nut, mung bean, walnut, sorghum, tea.Operation:
Users can select eight different spacing options. Curved plates form funnels, and each arc nozzle plate is fixed to a child. The length of the child controls seed depth and spacing. Multiple funnels are fixed on the rims, and each side is trimmed with an S-shaped putter. The S putter pushes the transmission rod, which is driven by the wheel. Wheels and wheel types share the same shaft, so when wheels rotate, spacing is achieved, and seeds are dropped into the furrow. The active sub-nozzle axis rotates around a small center, allowing three sub-bearings to open and close accurately, ensuring seeds fall into the soil for precise planting.
Shaft sides are connected with flat center bushings, brackets, and stiffeners. When manually operated, the seeder rolls forward, and the sprocket drives intermittent movement for sowing. The planting ensures one grain of corn or two tablets per hole, meeting most regional farmers’ needs. The factory offers five seed round specifications. Users can choose seed rounds based on grain size and color. When changing wheel covers, remove the seed round and push it manually. Note: For user convenience, the factory installs two different wheel sizes (market leader). Friends who choose the machine can adjust before official sowing. Before sowing, test by pushing in the furrow to check seed flow. Always monitor the sowing process, identify issues, and make timely adjustments. Otherwise, due to improper adjustment or missing seeds, the factory is not responsible.
Care and Maintenance:
1. Regularly check bolts and self-tapping screws for looseness and tighten them promptly to prevent detachment.
2. After sowing, disassemble the seeder, clean all parts, and oil threads to prevent rust. Remember the assembly order when reassembling, store in a cool, dry place to extend its lifespan.
Precautions:
1. When using coated seeds, mix with 0.5% or 0.2% lead oxide powder before placing in the seed box.
2. Be cautious of foreign objects in the nozzle if the soil is wet or rainy.
3. Ensure species match the seed round.
4. Do not run, pull down, or push down (in the direction of the arrow).
5. Control the sowing speed to about 35-40 meters per minute.
6. Strictly prohibit children from playing with the seeder or touching gears to avoid damage or injury.
7. Seed tank capacity should not be less than one-third.
8. Run the seeder in the direction of the arrow when using the seed box side.
9. If you notice a significant drop in seed usage per acre, check for blockages or malfunctions to avoid losses.
10. Keep spare wheels and accessories inside the box.
11. When adjusting spacing, remember the assembly order and align the fixed parts carefully (pay special attention to the positive side).
