According to news from Weifang Yaxing Chemical Co., Ltd., the application of Yaxing CPE (chlorinated polyethylene) in the fields of plastics and rubber recently achieved new breakthroughs. The newly declared CPE new model and six invention patents have been accepted.
The six achievements were independently developed by Yaxing National Chlorine Polymer Material Research Center and production department. The patents declared were non-toxic and weather-resistant thermoplastic elastomer materials, high-rigidity chlorinated polyethylene preparation methods, and acid and anti-aging rubber materials. Composition and preparation method thereof, preparation method of high electrical performance rubber-type chlorinated polyethylene, environmental protection, flame-retardant fire hose inner liner rubber material and preparation method thereof, weather-resistance, aging-resistant rubber track pad and preparation method thereof.
According to reports, Yaxing is currently the world's largest R&D and production enterprise with the largest CPE varieties and the highest production and sales volume. It ranks the leading domestic level in the research field of chlorine-containing polymer materials and has successfully developed more than 20 new chemical materials, including 8 new materials. They were respectively rated as national-level new products or national key new products, and 16 CPE practical technologies and application inventions have obtained national patents. These scientific research achievements have become the core technology of Yaxing's independent intellectual property rights and innovation and development.
