Application:

The LDTN and LDTNA condensate pumps are designed for use in thermal or nuclear power plants. They are ideal for pumping condensate water from condensers and can also handle other media similar to water in terms of physical and chemical properties. The performance range includes:

• Capacity: 85–1940 m³/h
• Head: 48–360 m
• Temperature of medium: up to 80°C (special versions available up to 150°C)

• Vertical multi-stage columnar design
• Suction and discharge nozzles can be adjusted at 180°, 90°, or other angles
• Impeller is enclosed; first impeller has single or double suction options
• Equipped with water-lubricated bearings to support radial thrust
• Axial thrust is balanced by thrust bearing on the motor
• Pump rotor connected via cutting columnar coupling or flanged solid coupling depending on size
• Shaft seal options include soft packing or mechanical seal (customizable)

Bearing System:

Coupling Options:

Pump rotor and line shaft are connected using a cutting columnar coupling. For smaller pumps, a tread columnar coupling is used. Motor shaft connections use a flanged solid coupling.

Shaft Seal:

Standard shaft seal is soft packing, with optional mechanical seal based on customer requirements.

Rotation Direction:

Designed to rotate counterclockwise when viewed from the front.

Sealing and Cooling System:

• Sealing Water: Required for shaft sealing, using condensate water with flow rate of 0.3–0.5 m³/h, pressure of 0.2–0.4 MPa, and temperature below 38°C.
• Cooling Water: Industrial water after softening, with temperature ≤38°C, pressure 0.3 MPa. Motors above 560 kW have external cooling systems with flow rate 8–12 m³/h and pressure 0.1–0.2 MPa.
