The drawing format is best to be STP, IGS, DXF, DWG, Cad Key PPT, STL, X_T, CATIA, UG files, etc. if you have real product sample, we can Measuring scan, or at least an ordinary sketch with the most critical dimensions of the product and send 3D data files for your confirming.
 
Secondly, our senior engineering team will start to study and make evaluation. During this time, our sales team will keep discussing with the customer to make sure every details are clear.
 
Finally, you should advise you would like to ship your moulds away or produce at our factory. Then we will give our customers quotation reports with feasibility and our suggestions.
 
 
Question 2: Does your company provide design service? I have an idea for a new product, but don't know whether it can be manufactured. Can you help me?
 
 
A: Absolutely yes, we can. We own design team and are always happy to work with potential customers to evaluate the technical feasibility of your idea or design and enjoy discussion with each other for the advice on materials, tooling and likely set-up costs 
 
Question 3: What is your packaging method for moulds and parts?
 
A: Packaging Details: Rust-proof protection, thin plastic bag, wooden case and pallet, suitable for shipment avoid damage. If the finish surface of plastic molded parts requires safe protection to avoid scratches, we will use bubble plastic bag to pack the parts. And we have full experience to manage the delivery directly to the client's factory or appointed warehouse
