HB filter type dust collector structure:
The filter type dust collector mainly consists of six parts: equipment support, box box, filter tube, pulse ash cleaning device, import device and outlet device.
The working principle of HB filter type dust collector:
The dust laden gas into the cartridge filter, because the end suddenly expanded and the effect of air flow in the air distribution plate, a part of large particles of dust particles in the gravity and inertia force, settling into the hopper; fine granularity, density of small dust particles into the filter chamber, by Brown diffusion and fiber interception the comprehensive effect, the dust deposited on the surface of filter cartridge, the purified air enters a clean air chamber, the air outlet by the fan discharge. Cartridge filter resistance with dust on the surface area of the filter cylinder increases, when the resistance reaches a certain set value, the valve opening and closing control pulse of the PLC program, when the pulse valve is opened, the expansion of compressed air in the air bag through the Venturi tube, even into the filter cylinder, the formation of positive pressure the moment in the filter cylinder, great vibration, the deposition of dust in the filter off the fall into the dust bucket, the dust collected by ash discharging device, discharged into the ash bucket.
Through the periodic cleaning of the dust on the surface of the filter, the resistance of the equipment is relatively stable, which is an important link to ensure the normal work of the dust removal system.
